Day 8 & 9 and drugged up!

With 3 consecutive days of taking my sea sickness pills on solid ground, I was feeling MUCH better! I could still feel the boat moving, a lot, but it didn't make me feel sick. Hallelujah! Day 8 (or day 6 on the cruise) was a good laying out day and we also another formal night. Somehow I ended up with no pictures from the formal night. I'll post them later if I can get them from the fam! The next day was another cruddy day for laying out, although, if I remember right, we still did for a while. That evening we had a cocktail party for being with a group.
This guy was prepared for the warm weather and laying out!Our waiter for the cocktail party......brought trays like this to our group... about every 10 minutes...
and expected us to have emptied the previous tray already!Rob did his best to provide empty cups to the waiter, by forcing us to "drink faster!" which led to quite the giggly group by the end of the hour.
I also thought this picture was great! Matt's bosses, Ray and Patty Johnson, were able to come with us on the cruise! This is them at the cocktail party. silly me... I just needed to look harder...
Here is the whole family for formal night my stud nephew Here is Rich and I for our final dinner on the ship! This is where the cruise portion of the vacation comes to an end. The next morning we had to be out of rooms by 8am... and were finally off the boat around 10:30 I think. I'll be posting my South Beach pictures later this week... along with my post about the Warm Melting Chocolate Cake that I had for dessert EVERY NIGHT (but one, which was a mistake on my part!). It deserves a post to itself, which it will get!
Here is the family, sad to have vacation coming to an end, waiting for our number to be called to get off the ship (the LAST number to be called, is anyone surprised??)

Isn't it horrible to wait to get off the ship? I always feel like I want to run and hide somewhere, after all the boat is leaving again in just a few hours...............:-)
