Sorry you can't see it well, my camera phone doesn't zoom out very far, but you get the idea. I got this dress for a photo shoot while I was modeling down in Seattle. I needed a simple black dress... I think my mom and I found it at Ross or something like that for under $15.00. Here's the best part... that was in 1999! That's right folks, I've been wearing this dress for 10 years! I'd say I've worn it AT LEAST a few times a year since then. See how uncool I am now??? Really though, I don't think it has gone out of style yet, granted, it's not the latest trend on the racks... but I think it's fairly timeless. Plus I still get compliments when I wear it! I know I'm going to get a lot of grief for still being able to fit into something 10 years later... but hey, you try being allergic to ice cream on a day like today! Apparently this dress has one other bonus that I just "stumbled" upon! As I was taking a drink of my water just now (gotta stay hydrated!) I dumped about half of it down my chest... the water went straight down to my underwear and never even touched the dress so no one would even know I did it! Except for I'm announcing it to the world on here :-) It was actually somewhat refreshing so I could always pretend like I meant to do it! What a great dress huh??? Do you have any clothes that have been around for that long that you ACTUALLY still wear?!?

Little Black "timeless" Dress
When it is Hot Hot Hot like this, as in 90's if you don't live around here and aren't feeling it yourself, I love to wear little cotton summer dresses! They are by far the coolest option! Cool as in less sweaty, you will see in the next few sentences how "uncool" I am in the other sense! Yesterday I tried to do shorts, but they just weren't doing the trick... I felt like there was no air flow! So today, I was super excited to put on this number...

10 years... I'm party of our 10 year reunion committee, and one of the questions to our classmates is, "Do you still wear any clothing you had from highschool?" Too bad you didn't go to Nooksack!
Honey...I don't fit in anything from 10 years ago...3 kids has really done a number on this body. I'm glad you have something nice and cool to wear on days like this and you still look so darn cute!
I'd be happy to be the size I was 10 years ago. From the picture, it looks like sundresses you still see in the stores!
