Push ups.. ugh!

Since nothing has the ability to hold me more accountable than this blog... here I am! :-) I have been feeling super weak lately, as in, briskly walk up the stairs and feel a bit winded when I get to the top. (Hope you know how much courage it took for me to admit that!!) I wasn't exactly searching out anything to help me with this problem, BUT I ran across this website today (found it on a link of a blog I was reading, I wasn't even reading about fitness!) and thought... hmmm... I guess it's worth a try! The website says that with their week by week schedule, I should be able to do 100 push ups in 6 weeks. Which will have me sitting pretty, or should I say buff, right before our trip to Costa Rica! Although I cannot in a million years imagine myself doing 100 push up, or 20 for that matter, it's worth a try, right??? So, who's going to join me?!?! I know you want to! Really? No one?? It's alright, I have a different job for all of you slackers! Hold me accountable! I will do my best to remember to post "if" I make any progress! Oh, by the way, if the reason you didn't jump on the idea of joining me is because you can barely do 5. :-) ummm... I know how you feel. I just did my initial test, and completed a whole whopping FOUR! Woo hoo! I'll be at 100 in no time! So, here I go... my first task is to do sets of 2, 3, 2, 2, then 3 or more with 60 second breaks between each set. Wish me luck! And no poking my arms in the next 6 weeks! They're likely to be sore!
