Visit with the Dunns

Rich and I spent this last weekend down in McCleary, WA visiting my cousin and his family. We were hoping we'd get to meet the newest member of their family, little Miss Ellie, but she decided she just wasn't ready to meet the world yet! Rich had some Cabella Bucks that were burning a hole in his pocket, so Friday we went and checked out Cabella's. He bought some boots for work (totally boring) and some fudge for me! When we woke up Saturday it was soo nice and warm, Dena decided we'd load up and take the kids to Ocean Shores to play on the beach. Of course, when we got there, the wind took all the warmth away, but at least the sun was still shining! And what is it about kids that don't seem to get cold while they're playing? I was practically shivering wrapped up in a dry towell, while the kids were playing in the water, soaked, and had no complaints about the temperature! Oh, to be a kid again!! I love this picture of Isaac. He was wearing those flip flops around which were way too big for him!When we headed home on Sunday, we called up Rich's little brother Tyson to see if we could take him for lunch. College boys are always up for a free lunch, right?? Always, if there schedule allows it anyway! It turned out that the musical he's in was doing a little "advertisement/sneak peak" at the street fair by UW, so he couldn't do lunch with us, but the timing worked out perfectly that we got to go watch them sing a few songs. The musical is "Hair" and Tyson's hippie look he's got going right now makes him fit the part perfectly!!!
