Update

This is going to be a completely random post because I really don't have time to organize my thoughts and make a 'cute' post :-). Apparently, when you take two days off from work, nobody does the work while you're gone, so you have that much more to do when you get back, and when you're trying to catch up, and trying to prepare for being gone the next week, posting is far from the mind. Actually, reading other people's blogs hasn't even been happening!!! Hope no one had any big announcements on their blog cause if so, I'm still in the dark!! So here are some quick life updates just to hold you over....

• I'm super busy at work (a good thing considering this economy, for the few of you who haven't asked yet: Lightning Electric has so far survived this economic downturn, we have been very slow at times but things are looking up... we've got a few big jobs starting real soon!)
• Rich is still working for Dawson out at BP, he just told me yesterday though that his crane might be taken to another job real soon (poor him, no more heated cab to sit in)
• Last week, completely unexpectedly, I gained 2 neices and a sister-in-law. I know, deserves a post of it's own right?? Sorry, long story short, my brother eloped in New Orleans on Friday.
• I leave for Indiana for Track 2 of my counseling studies on Saturday night. Please pray for safe travels, and take care of my husband while I'm gone!
• I'm still waiting on my NANC exam to be graded. And I'm soaking it up! I love not having anything on my "have to get done" list!
• I quit doing my pushups that I previously wrote about after about 3 weeks. I did them every other day for 3 weeks, and I could still only do about 6. Lame!
• My girlfriend and I have been jogging once a week, and last week, for the first time in my life, I jogged 2 miles without stopping. I thought I was going to die from about .3 miles until the end, but I did it!
• Last and most definitely not least, we leave for Costa Rica in 3 weeks and 2 days! Woohoo!

I sincerely am sorry that this is all you're getting right now, and since I'm going to be gone next week, it's likely you're going to have to wait a while for another post, but I'll be back, I promise!
