Misc Excitement!

So many exciting things to blog about today! Maybe I should just bullet them?? Hmm.. Let's see how it goes...

• We got an offer on the condo already (it was a low ball, but it was something, we'll see if they really like it when we tell them the lowest we'll accept :-)


• I just heard from a very great friend of mine that she's expecting!! I won't mention names yet because it's fairly new and she should get to tell people about it instead of me blabbing, but YAY!!! I'm so excited for her and her husband!


• Rich and I, along with two other couples, purchased our flights to Costa Rica last night!! Of course this is exciting... you talk and talk and plan and plan but when you make the purchase it finally becomes official! We're going the first week of March, so only 5 months!


• This one is mostly for viewing pleasure... my nephew got a new little brother last week! (Although his little brother is not technically my nephew, I'd totally claim him, he's stinkin cute!) Here he is with his little sister Dasia and his new little brother.
